Motorcycle Spoke Tightening Video

Motosport.com has got quite a few very good video’s on how to do certain things to a motorcycle, and more specifically dirt bikes.

I found this really good video on how to tighten spokes. Although he uses a “torque wrench” type spoke wrench the same technique applies to using a standard spoke wrench.

Keep up on your spokes is very important in my opinion, because this will keep your rim true, lessen your chances of breaking spokes, and also keeps them from seizing. It’s a pain in the rear, but a necessary part of motorcycle maintenance if you want to keep your steed in tip top shape.
