2002-2003 Honda CR250R Service Manual

Just to avoid confusion, this is not the service manual for the CRF250R. It is indeed the manual for the 2-stroke CR250R, model years 2002-2003. However, my understanding is that Honda did not change anything on the CR250R after model year 2003 other than BNG (Bold New Graphics) and some minor body plastic changes. So this manual will more than likely work for the CR250R from 2002 - 2007 (last year of production).

So without further a due, here it is:

2002-2003 Honda CR250R Service Manual (88mb)

    I would like to download the cr250 service manual, but am unable to do so. There is nothing in the link and when i right click as instructed, i have no save target as.
    If you have any info,please let me know.

    I’m in need of this manual (it’s been tough to find), but can’t get the file to open after downloading. I don’t know if the error is happening on the transfer/download, or if it’s a problem on my end with adobe reader (I have version 7.0). 8.19 mb downloaded, but I keep getting an error when trying to open the actual saved file.. Any help?

    You are only downloading 8.19mb? That’s not the complete file, which would be why it’s not opening correctly. The file is 88mb and unless you get the entire file it’s going to be tough to get it to open.

    If you are getting the entire file, but it’s still not working, let me know and I’ll see what I can do to get you one that will work.

    I got 99MB this time, but still received the following error.

    “There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired.”

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    I’m not sure what to tell you. That file size you downloaded is too big. In Windows it should show as 87.9mb — not more, not less.

    I just downloaded it again myself just to check and make sure it was working and it worked, and showed the file size to be 87.9mb.

    I know there are others that have downloaded it and are using it just fine, so I’m not sure what might be different about your download, but the file is there, and I downloaded it and it worked as it’s supposed to.

    hey man thanks for the manual, when i bought my CR250. It didn’t come with the manual it was used. i was having trouble with the carb. Some how my filter screw got loose and the carb sucked it right up. It ended up in my reeds thank God it didn’t go through it…

    THanks a ton man i also been looking everywhere for this manual i also bought my bike second hand so never came with one, and i do all the maintenince on my bike cause i dont need to waste money.

    Thanx heaps mate. I just bought a second hand bike and didn’t get the manual. I guess not many people ever do though eh. Anyway, I try and service and repair my own bike as much as possible to save $. This will help me heaps. Once again, THANK YOU ! ! !
